Printable Touring Exhibitions combines museum-quality curatorial content with local printing and exhibition delivery. Our licences enable institutions to host engaging exhibitions with flexible durations and local creative control, without international shipping or heavy logistics.

How Exhibition Licensing Works

Step 01 - Request Licence Pack & Availability

You submit a request with your preferred region, exhibition choice, and dates. We confirm whether a regional slot is available.

Why it matters: Not all regions remain open. Slots close upon confirmation.

Step 03 — Licence Agreement & Payment

A formal agreement is issued. Slot is only secured once the licence agreement is signed and full payment received.

 

Important: Confirmed slots close to all others — no further licences in the same region during the exclusivity period.

Step 02 - Confirm Exhibition & Dates

Once availability is established, you provide your intended exhibition period and location details to us.

 

Why it matters: We cannot confirm overlapping slots in the same region.

Step 04 — Receive Digital Exhibition Package

Following confirmation, you receive the printable exhibition files along with production, installation, and marketing materials.

All licences are digital and non-refundable once files are delivered.

Licence Fees

  • From £3,000 / €3,500 / $4,000 per month

  • Longer licence durations offer better value for extended programming.

What’s Included in the Licence

Regional Touring Slot Framework

Each exhibition is licensed through a strict regional model:

  • Only one confirmed venue per region at any given time.

  • A confirmed slot covers the exhibition period and a six-month exclusivity window before and after display dates.

  • Once confirmed, a regional slot is closed and unavailable to other venues in the same region for the duration of that period.

 

Slots close upon confirmation. Limited availability.
